What you get

A keynote for your training.

Your favorite lift, your biggest jump in strength, how many hours you put in and which muscles carried the year. Laid out like a launch event, sized for Instagram and TikTok stories.

How it works

Three steps. About a minute.

    01

    Export

Hevy and Strong both export your full history as a CSV from their settings. It takes a few taps.

    02

    Drop

Drop the file above. Your year is worked out right here in the browser. No account, no upload.

    03

    Share

Save the image or share it straight to your story. Take your history with you into Pawer while you are at it.

Logging somewhere else?

A spreadsheet, a PDF or your notes app works too. We read it with the same AI converter behind our workout import tool, which handles 3 files a day per visitor.

Private by design

Your training stays yours.

Hevy and Strong files are read entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and closing the tab forgets it. Files from other apps are sent to our converter once to be read, and are not kept.

Bring it with you

Start next year with your whole history.

Every poster comes with a Pawer CSV of the same workouts. Import it into Pawer and your records, progress charts and muscle map pick up exactly where you left off.

In Pawer, open Settings, tap Import Data, then Choose CSV File.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no email, no watermark beyond a small Pawer tile.

Which year does it show?

The most recent year in your file. If you export in early January, it shows the year that just ended. When your file spans several years you can switch between them.

How is best progression worked out?

For every lift you trained regularly, we compare your best estimated one-rep max from the first six weeks you logged it with the last six weeks. The lift with the most impressive jump wins.

My Strong numbers look off.

Older Strong exports do not say whether weights are in kilograms or pounds, so we guess from the numbers. Use the kg and lb switch above the poster to set it right.

What is the Pawer CSV for?

It is your history in the format Pawer imports, so you can move apps without starting from zero. It works whichever app your file came from.
