Privacy Policy

Pawer is made by Ant Dream LLC (“Ant Dream,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what the app collects and what it does not. The short version: Pawer has no accounts and no sync server, your training data stays on your phone, and the little that does leave is anonymous crash and usage information.

What stays on your device

Your workouts and everything attached to them live in a database on your own device and are never sent to us:

• workouts, dates, durations, and the sets you log — weight, reps, duration, distance;
• personal records and achievements;
• templates, folders, and custom exercises you create;
• workout, exercise, and set notes;
• photos you pick as a template cover or exercise thumbnail, which are copied into the app’s own storage and are not uploaded anywhere;
• your settings, such as units, theme, and reminders.

Because we hold no copy of any of it, deleting Pawer deletes this data, and we cannot recover it for you.

What Pawer does not collect

• No account. There is no sign-up, no login, no password, and no profile. We do not know your name unless you tell us through the support form.
• No tracking. Pawer does not track you across other apps or websites, does not use advertising identifiers, and shares nothing with data brokers or advertisers. Its App Store privacy manifest declares tracking as false.
• No location, contacts, camera, or microphone. Those permissions are not requested, and camera and microphone access is disabled in the app entirely.
• No health app data. Pawer does not connect to Apple Health or read anything from it.
• No selling of data. We do not sell or share personal information, in the sense those words carry under US state privacy laws.

Anonymous usage analytics

Pawer sends limited, anonymous product-interaction events to PostHog, a US-based analytics provider acting as our processor. These are simple labels — that a workout was finished, that a screen was opened, or where a paywall was opened — tied to a random identifier generated on your device, not to you. Session replay is off. The events never include your sets, weights, reps, durations, training volume, personal records, notes, photos, workout totals, or exercise names. They may include your selected weight unit and whether Pawer Pro is active, so we can understand how app features are used.

These analytics are collected by default to help us improve Pawer. They are not used for advertising, do not use advertising identifiers, and do not track you across apps or websites.

Crash and diagnostic reports

When the app crashes or hits an error, a report goes to Sentry, a US-based error-monitoring provider acting as our processor, so we can fix it. A report contains the error, a stack trace, and basic device and app-version information. Before it is sent, we strip your IP address and device name, and reduce any file path to a bare filename so photo and file names do not travel with it.

Support requests

If you use Support inside the app, the name, email address, and message you type are sent to us through Sentry so we can reply. We use them only to answer you, and your name and email are remembered on your device so you do not have to retype them. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at info@antdreamllc.com.

Purchases

Pawer Pro is sold by Apple or Google, and payment details go to them — we never see your card. RevenueCat, acting as our processor, records the receipt and whether it entitles you to Pro using its own anonymous app-user identifier. We do not give RevenueCat the PostHog analytics identifier. We see aggregate subscription figures, not your payment information.

Who receives data

The only recipients are the processors named above — PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat — and Apple or Google for purchases. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy. Data is processed and stored in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long it is kept

Data on your device is kept until you delete it or delete the app. Analytics events and crash reports are retained by our processors under their standard retention windows, generally up to about a year, and then deleted. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.

Children

Pawer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through the support form, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to its processing. Two practical notes. First, your training data is already entirely in your hands: it is on your device, and deleting the app deletes it. Second, because Pawer has no account, we usually cannot look you up — the analytics identifier is random and not linked to your identity. To exercise a right, email info@antdreamllc.com and we will do what we can, which may mean asking for the information needed to locate a record. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this site.
